Nous recherchons un spécialiste en communication très motivé pour gérer notre communication interne et externe. Votre rôle consistera à promouvoir une image publique positive et à contrôler la diffusion des informations pour le compte de notre société. Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de rédaction seront les atouts majeurs d'un excellent spécialiste en communication. L'expérience de la communication d'entreprise et de la gestion de projet seront également des atouts importants. Votre enthousiasme et votre attitude positive vous aideront à gagner la confiance de vos collègues comme des parties externes.

Responsibilities

  • Élaborer des stratégies de communication d'entreprise efficaces
  • Gérer la communication interne (mémos, bulletins d'information, etc.)
  • Élaborer des contenus (p. ex. articles de presse) pour les grands médias ou le site web de l'entreprise
  • Organiser des campagnes et planifier des événements ou des conférences de presse
  • Assurer la liaison avec les médias et traiter les demandes d'interviews, de déclarations, etc.
  • Promouvoir les relations avec les militants et les personnes importantes
  • Collaborer avec les professionnels du marketing pour produire une copie d'annonce publicitaire ou d'articles
  • Procéder à un « contrôle des dommages » en cas de mauvaise publicité
  • Faciliter la résolution des litiges avec le public ou des vendeurs externes
  • Aider à communiquer les stratégies ou à faire passer les messages de la haute direction

Requirements

  • Expérience avérée comme spécialiste en communication
  • Une expérience en conception web et en production de contenu sera un plus
  • Expérience en rédaction et édition
  • Très bonne compréhension des principes de gestion de projet
  • Connaissance pratique de MS Office ; un logiciel photo et de montage vidéo sera un plus
  • Excellentes compétences de communication (orale et écrite) et de présentation
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais
