3P (Public Procurement Partners) est LA solution de référence en Europe pour la gestion des marchés publics et la gestion technique.

Fondée en Belgique en 2001, 3P compte aujourd’hui plus de 15 000 utilisateurs. Implanté en France depuis 10 ans (d’abord à Lille, puis sur tout le territoire), 3P accompagne les acheteurs publics avec un outil métier SaaS simple, ergonomique et sécurisé, couvrant tout le cycle de vie des marchés : de la définition du besoin à l’exécution.

🎯 Ta mission :

En tant que Chef de projet logiciel marchés publics, tu accompagnes les utilisateurs de ta zone (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) dans la réussite de leurs projets.

Concrètement, tu vas :

  • Assurer la relation, la satisfaction et la fidélisation de tes clients
  • Construire des relations de confiance sur le long terme, avec une approche projet
  • Former les utilisateurs et garantir la bonne adoption du logiciel
  • Apporter un accompagnement fonctionnel basé sur ton expertise en marchés publics
  • Identifier les utilisateurs clés et détecter les opportunités de développement
  • Relayer les besoins terrain afin de contribuer à l’évolution de la solution.

En d’autres termes, tu es le lien stratégique entre nos clients, l’équipe Sales (passation client) et l’équipe Produit (amélioration continue).

👥 Ton équipe :

Tu rejoins l’équipe Customer Success France composée de 14 personnes. Dès ton arrivée, Chloé t’accompagnera dans ton intégration. Ta manager Morgane, riche de 6 années d’expérience chez 3P, sera à tes côtés pour te faire monter en compétences et performer.

Requirements

📍 Ton quotidien :

  • Des déplacements réguliers chez les clients (3Pmobile de fonction fournie 🚗)
  • Du télétravail
  • Des passages au siège à Lille (notamment pendant ton intégration).

👤 Ton profil :

  • Master en droit public
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en gestion des marchés publics
  • À l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Capable de créer des relations solides avec des interlocuteurs exigeants
  • Autonome, rigoureux(se), structuré(e)
  • Envie de découvrir une autre vision du métier grâce à un outil innovant.
