The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet RH basé(e) à Rabat, pour accompagner une organisation structurée dans le pilotage et la coordination de ses projets RH transverses.

Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction Générale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi des chantiers RH et dans la coordination entre la DG et les différentes entités du département Ressources Humaines.

Ce poste s’adresse à un profil organisé, structuré, à l’aise avec les sujets RH et capable d’évoluer dans un environnement exigeant, avec une forte dimension de coordination, de reporting et de conduite de projets.

Vos principales missions

Vous interviendrez sur le pilotage et la coordination de plusieurs projets RH transverses, notamment autour de l’organisation, du développement RH, de la formation, du recrutement, des processus RH ou encore des sujets SIRH.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • assurer le suivi des plans d’action RH avec les différentes équipes concernées ;
  • préparer les reportings, tableaux de bord et points d’avancement destinés à la Direction Générale ;
  • identifier les blocages, risques ou retards et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • coordonner les réunions de suivi, ateliers de cadrage et comités projet ;
  • formaliser les comptes rendus, supports de synthèse et documents de pilotage ;
  • contribuer à l’amélioration et à l’optimisation des processus RH ;
  • accompagner les équipes dans la mise en place de nouvelles pratiques RH ;
  • veiller à une bonne circulation de l’information entre la Direction Générale et les entités RH.

Requirements

  • De formation Bac+5 en ressources humaines, management, organisation, école de commerce ou équivalent, vous justifiez de 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous avez idéalement évolué en cabinet de conseil RH, cabinet d’organisation, cabinet de transformation, ou au sein d’une grande structure sur des projets RH transverses.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des sujets RH : développement RH, formation, talent management, recrutement, SIRH, processus RH ou conduite du changement.
