The posting

Pour le compte d’un groupe marocain de référence, nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Projet RH Senior afin de piloter et coordonner des projets RH structurants, transverses et à fort impact organisationnel.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous interviendrez sur des projets liés à la transformation RH, l’amélioration des processus, la digitalisation, l’organisation, la conduite du changement et le déploiement d’initiatives RH auprès de différentes entités du groupe.

Ce poste s’adresse à un profil expérimenté, structuré, autonome, capable de cadrer un projet, embarquer les parties prenantes et assurer une exécution rigoureuse jusqu’au déploiement opérationnel.

Missions principales

En tant que Chef de Projet RH Senior, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

  • Piloter des projets RH transverses depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des différentes parties prenantes RH et métiers.
  • Formaliser les objectifs, plannings, livrables, indicateurs de suivi et plans d’action.
  • Coordonner les contributeurs internes et externes impliqués dans les projets.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement, identifier les risques et proposer les plans de mitigation.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus RH.
  • Contribuer aux projets de digitalisation RH, d’organisation, de talent management, de performance, de formation ou de conduite du changement.
  • Préparer les supports de pilotage, de reporting et de présentation à destination de la Direction RH.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des nouveaux processus, outils ou dispositifs RH.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables, le respect des délais et l’alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques RH.

Requirements

  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Management, Organisation, Gestion de projet ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée de 7 à 8 ans minimum, idéalement acquise dans une fonction RH projet, développement RH, transformation RH, organisation ou conseil RH.
  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets RH transverses.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus RH : talent management, formation, recrutement, performance, mobilité, organisation, SIRH, conduite du changement.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés : Direction RH, managers, métiers, IT, prestataires externes.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse, de structuration et de synthèse.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de suivi projet et de reporting.
  • Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
  • Français courant requis. L’anglais professionnel serait un plus.
