APAVE Cameroun recrute pour le compte d'un de ses clients du secteur bancaire, deux (02) Chefs de Projet Senior (H/F).

Missions Principales

La finalité de ce poste est de prendre en charge la réalisation de la maîtrise d'ouvrage des projets placés sous votre responsabilité.

Activités et Responsabilités Principales

1. Cœur Métier & Pilotage de Projets

  • Accompagner les différents métiers dans la définition et le cadrage précis de leurs besoins.
  • Piloter l'exécution des projets à charge dans le strict respect des budgets, des plannings et des exigences en vigueur (méthodologie projet, gouvernance, qualité, délais, conformité et procédures internes).
  • Prendre en charge et coordonner la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Coordonner la collaboration opérationnelle avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Suivre rigoureusement le respect des plannings, des budgets et de la qualité des livrables.
  • Organiser, prendre en charge et coordonner les actions de conduite du changement.

2. Innovation & Amélioration Continue

  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus à partir d'analyses internes et de veilles du marché.
  • Vérifier la conformité des pratiques quotidiennes par rapport aux règles de gestion et aux normes en vigueur.
  • Identifier, déployer et superviser les actions de réalignement sur les règles et normes de l'institution.

3. Gestion Administrative, Animation & Reporting

  • Réaliser les analyses de performance, préparer les documents projets et élaborer les livrables requis.
  • Établir les plannings détaillés, évaluer l'avancement, expliquer les éventuels écarts et guider les actions de remédiation.
  • Encadrer et coordonner fonctionnellement les ressources affectées aux projets.
  • Collaborer activement au sein de l'équipe, partager les informations et remonter les situations de blocage ou alertes à la hiérarchie.
  • Alimenter régulièrement les reportings d'activité et répondre aux requêtes spécifiques de la hiérarchie.

Requirements

  • Niveau de diplôme : Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac +4/5 en Gestion de Projet, Banque, Finance, ou diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur.
  • Expérience globale : 5 à 8 ans d'expérience au total.
  • Expérience spécifique : Expérience solide et spécifiquement requise en gestion de projets.

Compétences Requises

Compétences Métiers & Techniques

  • Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMOA) : Capacité à consolider les besoins métiers, conduire les études de faisabilité, chiffrer les impacts et évaluer la performance globale d'un projet (qualité, coûts, délais).
  • Gestion des projets informatiques : Maîtrise des approches et méthodes spécifiques au pilotage de projets IT.
  • Planification stratégique et budgétaire : Aptitude à formaliser un budget, en assurer le suivi, analyser les écarts et construire des plans opérationnels intégrant des indicateurs clés (KPI).
  • Gestion des fournisseurs : Évaluation et scoring des prestataires partenaires à l'aide des grilles en vigueur, et réalisation d'audits terrain.
