Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Accoglienza calorosa ed empatica: garantire un'assistenza personalizzata e di eccellenza, superando le rigidità del servizio classico per far sentire l'ospite a casa.
  • Storytelling enogastronomico: presentazione narrativa dei menu, guidando la clientela (in lingua inglese) nella scoperta autentica delle materie prime locali, delle tradizioni e dei vini.
  • Gestione dinamica del rango: assicurare un servizio fluido e proattivo, mantenendo standard elevatissimi senza mai risultare distaccati o ingessati.
  • Mentorship: coordinamento operativo e affiancamento dei Commis de Rang, promuovendo un clima di collaborazione e positività.
  • Sinergia tra reparti: comunicazione costante e armoniosa con la cucina e gli altri team per garantire un'esperienza ospite perfetta.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Ottima e fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese: requisito fondamentale per dialogare in modo naturale e spigliato con la clientela US/UK.
  • Comprovata esperienza come Chef de Rang maturata in realtà di alto profilo, boutique hotel o ristorazione d'eccellenza dall'approccio moderno e orientato all'esperienza.
  • Spiccata intelligenza emotiva, eccellenti doti relazionali e una naturale propensione alla cura dell'ospite (capacità di "leggere" il tavolo e sintonizzarsi con l'umore e le esigenze del cliente).
  • Spirito di squadra, dinamismo e profonda passione per il mondo Food & Beverage.
  • Conoscenza e rigoroso rispetto delle normative HACCP.

  • Retribuzione: RAL nel range 25.000 - 28.000 €
