Il ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team F&B e si occuperà della gestione del servizio di sala, garantendo un’esperienza di qualità e in linea con gli standard della struttura.

La figura sarà responsabile dell’accoglienza e dell’interlocuzione con gli ospiti, della presa delle ordinazioni e della gestione del servizio al tavolo. Dovrà possedere una buona conoscenza dei piatti e dei principali vini, con capacità di fornire informazioni e suggerire abbinamenti di base.

Il ruolo prevede inoltre la cura della mise en place di sala e bar, la verifica delle scorte della dispensa e il supporto nella preparazione degli allestimenti dedicati a manifestazioni ed eventi di banqueting.

Principali responsabilità

  • Accoglienza, assistenza e gestione della relazione con gli ospiti durante il servizio.
  • Presentazione e descrizione dei piatti, fornendo informazioni su ingredienti e modalità di preparazione.
  • Conoscenza dei principali vini e capacità di proporre abbinamenti di base.
  • Raccolta e gestione delle ordinazioni, assicurando precisione e tempestività.
  • Verifica e sistemazione della mise en place di sala e bar.
  • Controllo e gestione delle scorte della dispensa.
  • Preparazione degli allestimenti per manifestazioni, banchetti ed eventi.
  • Collaborazione con il team per garantire il corretto svolgimento del servizio e il rispetto degli standard qualitativi.
  • Applicazione delle procedure aziendali e delle normative HACCP.

Il profilo

La ricerca è rivolta a candidati con almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo di Chef de Rang, maturata preferibilmente in contesti di ristorazione à la carte e banqueting.

Completano il profilo:

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o titolo equivalente.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus.
  • Preferibile esperienza in ambito bar e conoscenza delle tecniche base di preparazione dei cocktail.
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di cottura tradizionali.
  • Conoscenza dei principali metodi di conservazione e rigenerazione degli alimenti.
  • Conoscenza delle normative e delle procedure HACCP.
  • Senso di responsabilità, precisione e attenzione alla qualità del servizio.
  • Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
  • Professionalità, cura dell’immagine e forte orientamento all’ospite.

Cosa offre l'azienda

  • Contratto full time – 40 ore settimanali.
  • Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga.
  • Inserimento diretto o in somministrazione.
  • CCNL – Livello C2.
  • RAL base €23.892,26, comprensiva di 13ª e 14ª mensilità.
  • 5 giorni lavorativi su 7, con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi.
  • Turni nella fascia oraria 5:30 – 1:30, con disponibilità alla flessibilità oraria.
  • Mensa aziendale al costo di €0,90 per ingresso.
