figura di Chef de Rang / Junior Sommelier, per la squadra del proprio ristorante fine dining.

Il Ruolo e le Prospettive:

Questa posizione rappresenta l'opportunità ideale per uno/a Chef de Rang con una grande

passione per il mondo vitivinicolo che desidera consolidare e accelerare la propria crescita

professionale come Sommelier. Grazie all'ampiezza e all'elevata qualità della carta dei vini

della struttura, la risorsa avrà l'opportunità di affinare le proprie competenze sul campo,

operando sempre in stretta condivisione e sintonia con la Direzione.

Responsabilità:

• Servizio e Mescita: Gestione del servizio dei vini al tavolo e della mescita, affiancata al

supporto del servizio di sala come Chef de Rang per garantire standard elevati d'accoglienza.

• Consulenza all'ospite e proposta di abbinamenti ideali tra la carta dei vini e i piatti del menu.

• Gestione Cantina: Attività operative di gestione della cantina, tra cui carico, scarico,

stoccaggio e inventario periodico delle bottiglie.

• Aggiornamento Carta Vini: Ristampa e cura della carta dei vini, sia nella versione cartacea

sia nell'aggiornamento del formato digitale.

• Degustazioni e Proposte: Partecipazione agli assaggi e condivisione con la Direzione delle

proposte anagrafiche da inserire in carta.

Requirements

Requistiti:

• Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Chef de Rang; preferibile almeno

un'esperienza previa nella gestione della carta dei vini e della cantina (anche di piccole

dimensioni).

• Competenze Enologiche: preferibile qualifica di Sommelier (AIS, FISAR, WSET o equivalenti)

o percorso formativo avviato, unito a una forte motivazione a sviluppare una professionalità

verticale nel settore enologico.

• Competenze Tecniche: Familiarità con le dinamiche di gestione inventario, stoccaggio

bottiglie e cura della carta dei vini.

• Soft skills: Eleganza nel servizio, doti comunicative, passione per la materia, cura dei

dettagli, serietà e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e al confronto costante con la Direzione.
