Il Lodge, situato in una posizione privilegiata e panoramica sull'altopiano più bello d'Europa, si distingue per il suo concept unico dedicato a un'ospitalità d'élite sostenibile e a contatto con la natura. L'obiettivo è offrire esperienze autentiche, intime e memorabili in un contesto che valorizza il benessere culinario, l'eccellenza del servizio e l'accoglienza calorosa a 360 gradi.

Si offrono:

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestire in autonomia il rango assegnato, garantendo un servizio al tavolo fluido, elegante e impeccabile.
  • Accogliere l'ospite con empatia, illustrare con passione le proposte del menù e la carta dei vini, supportando la clientela nella scelta.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il lavoro dei Commis de Rang assegnati alla propria sezione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e degli standard della struttura.
  • Curare la mise en place e il set-up della sala prima, durante e dopo ogni servizio.
  • Collaborare in sinergia con la cucina e con il Restaurant Manager per anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e garantire un'esperienza d'altissimo livello.

Requisiti:

  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di Chef de Rang maturata in resort 5*, hotel di lusso o ristoranti fine dining.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di servizio, del mondo enogastronomico e delle dinamiche di sala d'alto livello.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. La conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
  • Standing curato, spiccata attenzione all'ospite, discrezione e orientamento al dettaglio.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative, attitudine alla leadership e al lavoro in team.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (5 giorni su 7, con 2 giorni di riposo).
