I Resort, situati tutti in location d'eccezione, si distinguono per la loro architettura ecosostenibile e per il loro concept dedicato al benessere. L'obiettivo è offrire esperienze autentiche e memorabili, dove l'eccellenza culinaria sposa la valorizzazione delle materie prime del territorio in un contesto di calda e raffinata ospitalità a 360 gradi.

Si offrono:

  • Inserimento diretto in una realtà unica, moderna e di altissimo profilo nel panorama dell'hôtellerie di lusso.
  • Ambiente di lavoro altamente qualificato, dinamico e orientato alla crescita professionale e personale.
  • Vitto e alloggio inclusi all'interno del resort.
  • Contratto full-time (stagionalità lunga) con concrete possibilità di inserimento stabile e a tempo indeterminato nel Gruppo.
  • Netto mensile indicativo compreso tra € 1.800 e € 2.200, commisurato alla reale esperienza e seniority del candidato.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestire in autonomia il rango assegnato, garantendo un servizio al tavolo fluido, elegante e impeccabile.
  • Accogliere l'ospite con calore ed empatia, illustrare con competenza le proposte del menù e la ricca carta dei vini, supportando la clientela nella scelta.
  • Coordinare e guidare il lavoro dei Commis de Rang assegnati alla propria sezione, trasmettendo loro gli standard di eccellenza del brand.
  • Curare minuziosamente la mise en place e il set-up della sala prima, durante e dopo ogni servizio.
  • Collaborare in stretta sinergia con la brigata di cucina e con il Restaurant Manager per anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e personalizzare l'esperienza.

Requisiti:

  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di Chef de Rang maturata preferibilmente in resort 5*, hotel di lusso o ristoranti fine dining.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di servizio, del mondo enogastronomico e delle dinamiche di sala d'alto livello.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. La conoscenza di una terza lingua straniera (es. il tedesco) costituirà un titolo preferenziale.
  • Standing curato, spiccata attenzione all'ospite, riservatezza e orientamento al minimo dettaglio.
  • Eccellenti doti relazionali, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e positività.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (orario strutturato su 5 giorni su 7, con 2 giorni di riposo).

Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Agrigento (Sicilia), o Provincia di Siena (Toscana), o Provincia di Bolzano (Trentino Alto-Adige)

Netto mensile indicativo: € 2.000 – € 2.200 (in base all'esperienza)
