Il Ruolo

Il/La Chef de Rang sarà responsabile della gestione completa del servizio, garantendo un'esperienza esclusiva e personalizzata in linea con gli elevati standard qualitativi della struttura.

Si occuperà della preparazione degli ordini, del controllo della mise en place dei vassoi e dei carrelli di servizio, della consegna delle comande e della presentazione delle portate con professionalità ed eleganza. Sarà inoltre responsabile della raccolta delle ordinazioni, del monitoraggio delle richieste speciali degli ospiti e del coordinamento costante con cucina, bar e front office per assicurare puntualità, precisione e un servizio impeccabile.

Gestirà il riordino delle attrezzature e delle postazioni di lavoro, contribuendo al mantenimento degli standard di qualità, igiene e organizzazione previsti dalla struttura.

Il Profilo Ideale

Cerchiamo professionisti con:

  • Esperienza pregressa come Chef de Rang, Demi Chef de Rang in hotel di lusso o contesti hospitality strutturati;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e autonomia nella gestione del servizio;
  • Forte orientamento all'ospite e cura dei dettagli;
  • Professionalità, discrezione e standing adeguato a un contesto luxury;
  • Capacità di lavorare in squadra e di coordinarsi efficacemente con i diversi reparti dell'hotel;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue sarà considerata un plus.

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Orario: Full-time, 5 giorni su 7, su turni (inclusi weekend e festivi), con 2 giorni consecutivi di riposo.

Contratto: Inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.

Retribuzione: RAL 23.000-26.000€
