La risorsa si occuperà di garantire un servizio in camera impeccabile ed efficiente durante le ore notturne, rispondendo prontamente alle esigenze degli ospiti internazionali in linea con gli standard di lusso della compagnia.

Principali Responsabilità

· Gestione degli ordini: Accogliere le chiamate dei clienti, prendere le ordinazioni per il servizio in camera, rispondere a domande sul menu e verificare la disponibilità con la cucina.

· Consulenza Wine & Beverage: Rispondere alle domande degli ospiti su origine, annata e stile dei diversi vini in carta.

· Monitoraggio del servizio: Registrare e monitorare i tempi di consegna, effettuando le chiamate di follow-up ("call back") e informando tempestivamente gli ospiti e il management in caso di eventuali ritardi.

· Comunicazione interna: Comunicare tempestivamente alla cucina allergie, intolleranze, esigenze dietetiche o richieste speciali.

· Gestione cassa e sistemi: Registrare le transazioni sul sistema MICROS al momento dell'ordine, elaborare i pagamenti ed elaborare i report di chiusura giornalieri.

· Standard e pulizia: Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita e ordinata, rispettare le procedure di sicurezza aziendali e assicurare una presenza e una divisa sempre impeccabili.

Requirements

· Ottime doti comunicative e padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus).

· Conoscenza del sistema gestionale MICROS.

· Buone competenze nel settore enologico (vini, annate e abbinamenti).

· Attitudine al servizio al cliente, empatia, discrezione e rispetto della riservatezza degli ospiti.

· Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire lo stress in contesti dinamici.

· Idoneità fisica a mansioni che richiedono di stare in piedi, camminare per lunghi periodi e movimentare piccoli carichi (fino a circa 5 kg).

· Tipologia contrattuale: Tempo Determinato per Sostituzione Malattia.

· Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali su turni continuativi di 8 ore + 30 minuti di pausa. Orario fisso: 00:00 – 08:30.

· Trattamento Economico: RAL: € 25.316,20 lordi distribuiti su 14 mensilità. Maggiorazione Notturna: Prevista una maggiorazione del 18,98% per le ore notturne lavorate.
