  • Vous souhaitez définir la feuille de route d'intégration d'une entreprise moderne, en tirant parti d'Azure, des API et d'une architecture orientée événements

Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Gérer le backlog produit pour les intégrations de systèmes métier (ERP, CRM) et les intégrations externes (EDI, API tierces, organismes de conformité)
  • Définir, hiérarchiser et affiner les user stories et les critères d'acceptation en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, les architectes et les parties prenantes métier
  • Gérer les exigences d'intégration selon les normes EDI (X12, EDIFACT, AS2) et les obligations de conformité telles que la facturation électronique et la déclaration fiscale
  • Servir de liaison principale entre les équipes internes et les partenaires externes, les fournisseurs et les organismes de réglementation
  • Animer les réunions de livraison — planification de sprint, revues et rétrospectives — afin de garantir que l'équipe reste en phase avec la vision et les priorités du produit
  • Surveiller la santé de l'intégration et identifier de manière proactive les lacunes, les risques ou les opportunités d'amélioration dans l'ensemble du paysage d'intégration
  • Collaborer avec les architectes pour s'assurer que les conceptions d'intégration sont conformes aux normes de l'entreprise, aux exigences d'évolutivité et à la stratégie à long terme de la plateforme

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de produit ou analyste d'affaires dans le domaine des logiciels ou de l'intégration d'entreprise
  • Une solide compréhension des plateformes ERP et CRM (SAP, D365, Salesforce ou équivalentes) et de leur intégration au sein de l'entreprise dans son ensemble
  • Une connaissance pratique des normes EDI : X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — vous savez ce que sont les formats 850, 856 et 810
  • Expérience avec Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub ou Service Bus) ou des plateformes iPaaS équivalentes
  • Connaissance des exigences d’intégration en matière de conformité, telles que les obligations de facturation électronique ou de déclaration fiscale (par exemple, TPS/TVH, TVA, SAF-T)
  • Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes — à l’aise pour faire des présentations tant devant des équipes techniques que devant des commanditaires de haut niveau
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile/Kanban avec une expérience dans la gestion et l’entretien d’un backlog de produit
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ; capable de traduire la complexité technique en un langage clair et compréhensible pour les non-initiés
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (ce poste nécessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux)

Votre expertise technique :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de produit ou analyste d'affaires dans le domaine de l'intégration ou des systèmes d'entreprise
  • Connaissance des modèles d'intégration ERP et/ou CRM (D365, SAP, Salesforce ou équivalent)
  • Expérience en EDI : X12, EDIFACT, ensembles de transactions AS2 et gestion des partenaires commerciaux
  • Maîtrise des API REST et des concepts d'intégration événementielle
  • Expérience en méthodes agiles (Scrum, Kanban ou hybride)
  • Solides compétences en communication avec les parties prenantes et en gestion des exigences

Un atout si vous avez :

  • Azure Integration Services : Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus
  • Connaissance de l'intégration en matière de conformité : facturation électronique, déclaration fiscale ou EDI réglementaire
  • Expérience avec des plateformes d'intégration tierces (Marketo, Docentric ou équivalent)
  • Maîtrise des cadres du TM Forum (SID, eTOM, Open APIs) ou des normes d'entreprise équivalentes

Your day at a glance:

  • Own the product backlog for business system integrations (ERP, CRM) and external integrations (EDI, third-party APIs, compliance agencies)
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Manage integration requirements across EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, AS2) and compliance mandates such as e-invoicing and tax reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive delivery ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring the team stays aligned with product vision and priorities
  • Monitor integration health and proactively identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement across the integration landscape
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure integration designs align with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and long-term platform strategy

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or enterprise integration context
  • Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader enterprise
  • Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — you know what an 850, 856, and 810 are
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus) or equivalent iPaaS platforms
  • Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations (e.g., GST/HST, VAT, SAF-T)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors
  • Proficient in Agile/Kanban methodologies with experience owning and grooming a product backlog
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into business-clear language
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Your technical expertise:

  • 3+ years in a Product Owner or BA role within an integration or enterprise systems context
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM integration patterns (D365, SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • EDI experience: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 transaction sets and trading partner management
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and event-driven integration concepts
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements management skills

An asset if you have:

  • Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus
  • Exposure to compliance integration: e-invoicing, tax reporting, or regulatory EDI
