Intertek è alla ricerca di unChemical and Laboratory Engineer da inserire presso un’importante realtà operante nel settore dell’Oil & Gas. La figura selezionata sarà responsabile di tutte le attività chimiche del sito, gestendo le operazioni di laboratorio, il coordinamento del personale tecnico, il monitoraggio dei dosaggi chimici e delle scorte. Inoltre, garantirà l’accuratezza delle analisi tecniche, il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità, e promuoverà il miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi in collaborazione con gli altri reparti.

Responsabilità:

  • Garantire la conformità ai sistemi di gestione della qualità, ai requisiti normativi e agli standard di sicurezza.
  • Gestire le operazioni quotidiane del laboratorio, inclusa la reportistica.
  • Supervisionare, formare e affiancare il personale di laboratorio, garantendo elevate prestazioni e il rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza.
  • Monitorare i tassi di iniezione chimica, gestire le scorte e gli ordini dei prodotti chimici, assicurando l’ottimizzazione dei costi e delle prestazioni.
  • Garantire analisi tecniche accurate e puntuali, con relativa reportistica, identificando tendenze e aree di miglioramento.
  • Implementare miglioramenti di processo, ottimizzare le procedure di laboratorio e mantenersi aggiornati su nuovi prodotti e tecnologie.
  • Collaborare alla manutenzione e alla calibrazione delle apparecchiature di laboratorio, assicurandone la piena funzionalità e la conformità agli standard di sicurezza.
  • Collaborare con i reparti Produzione, Field Engineers e HSE per fornire documentazione di sicurezza, raccomandazioni, analisi dei dati e supporto alle strategie operative.

Requirements

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria Industriale o discipline affini.
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’ambito dell’ingegneria chimica e/o nella supervisione di laboratori, preferibilmente nel settore Oil & Gas.
  • Solida conoscenza delle tecniche di laboratorio, dei sistemi di iniezione chimica e della gestione delle apparecchiature.
