Chief Accounting Manager

La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Amministrazione Italia, avrà la responsabilità di garantire la corretta gestione delle attività contabili, fiscali e amministrative della società, assicurando il rispetto delle normative vigenti e delle procedure aziendali e di Gruppo.

Principali responsabilità

  • Garantire la corretta gestione dei processi contabili, fiscali e amministrativi aziendali
  • Coordinare le attività contabili del dipartimento, incluse tematiche amministrative e fiscali/doganali
  • Supervisionare la predisposizione dei principali adempimenti fiscali (IVA, F24, dichiarativi, ecc.)
  • Gestire i rapporti con consulenti esterni, revisori e autorità competenti
  • Predisporre le scritture di assestamento e supportare le chiusure mensili e la reportistica verso Corporate
  • Collaborare alla predisposizione del budget annuale
  • Supportare la redazione del bilancio civilistico e della nota integrativa
  • Collaborare con il team Finance Corporate nelle attività di consolidamento

Requirements

  1. Requisiti richiesti
  2. Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini
  3. Esperienza consolidata di almeno 10 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in contesti multinazionali e strutturati
  4. Ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale e analitica
  5. Conoscenza approfondita della normativa civilistica, fiscale e doganale
  6. Esperienza nella gestione della fiscalità diretta e indiretta relativa a operazioni nazionali, intra-UE ed extra-UE
  7. Buona conoscenza delle tematiche doganali
  8. Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office e del gestionale SAP
  9. Gradita conoscenza di Oracle
  10. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
