Σκοπός

Ως Παιδαγωγοί, θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη διασφάλιση της ασφάλειας των παιδιών, δημιουργώντας παράλληλα έναν διασκεδαστικό και θετικό χώρο παιχνιδιού για τα παιδιά κατά την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων, με βάση τα πρότυπα και τις αξίες του ομίλου Mitsis.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Οργανώνετε και εκτελείτε τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες του mini club.
  • Παραλαμβάνετε και παραδίδετε τα παιδιά σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες των Mitsis Hotels και είστε υπεύθυνοι για την ασφάλεια τους καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια παραμονής τους στο mini club.
  • Τηρείτε τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας μέσα από την εφαρμογή των Λειτουργικών Προτύπων (SOPs)
  • Εφαρμόζετε τις εγκεκριμένες δραστηριότητες του mini club και διασφαλίζετε την ενεργή συμμετοχή και ικανοποίηση των παιδιών.
  • Φροντίζετε τις παραγγελίες αναλωσίμων του τμήματος.
  • Προετοιμάζετε και εκτελείτε το πρόγραμμα της Χριστουγεννιάτικης περιόδου.
  • Αναφέρετε τυχόν βλάβες εξοπλισμού στο τμήμα ευθύνης τους.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Νηπιαγωγού / Βρεφονηπιοκόμου ΤΕ
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Δυνατότητα συνεργασίας σε πλαίσιο ομάδας.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
  • Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
