Your New Role

We’re looking for Customer Experience Agents to join our team over the peak Christmas period and help make sure our customers have a genuinely great experience, even if things don’t quite go to plan.

You’ll be helping customers across email, live chat, phone and social media, solving problems, answering questions and making sure every interaction feels unmistakably frank green.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be right in the middle of our busiest time of year, helping customers with everything from product questions to deliveries, refunds, replacements and order issues.

You’ll:

  • Respond to customer enquiries across email, live chat, phone and social media
  • Help resolve delivery issues, refunds, replacements and incorrect orders
  • Advocate for our customers and find practical solutions
  • Spot recurring issues and share insights with the wider team
  • Work closely with our Digital, Marketing and Operations teams when something needs extra attention
  • Help us continually improve how we support our customers
  • Jump in and support the wider Customer Experience team wherever needed

About you

You’re a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and can keep your head when things get busy.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce or a similar fast-paced environment
  • The ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine customer-first mindset
  • Confidence solving problems and making decisions
  • An interest in our products, our brand and our mission to stop single-use plastic
  • Experience with Gorgias or Shopify is a bonus, but not essential.

More importantly, you’re someone who can stay positive, think on your feet and get things done when the Christmas rush hits.
