CLASSIFICATORE MERCI / ADDETTO LOGISTICA DI PIAZZALE (SETTORE METALLI)

IL RUOLO E LE ATTIVITÀ

La risorsa inserita opererà direttamente sul piazzale dell'impianto e sarà il punto di riferimento per l'accettazione, il controllo qualitativo e lo smistamento dei materiali metallici in ingresso.

Le mansioni principali comprenderanno:

  • Classificazione e Controllo Merci: Analisi visiva e merceologica dei rottami metallici (ferrosi e non ferrosi) in ingresso per verificarne la conformità, la qualità, la tipologia di lega e l'assenza di impurità o elementi non conformi.
  • Logistica di Piazzale: Gestione fisica dei flussi dei mezzi in entrata e uscita, coordinando lo scarico dei camion e indicando agli operatori e ai ragni/pale le aree specifiche di stoccaggio in base alla tipologia di materiale.
  • Gestione Documentale e Registrazione: Interfaccia costante con la pesa d'impianto e l'amministrazione per la verifica della corrispondenza tra il materiale scaricato e i documenti di trasporto (DDT/formulari).
  • Campionamento e Supporto Tecnico: Prelievo di campioni di materiale da avviare alle analisi di laboratorio in caso di lotti complessi.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Provenienza lavorativa: Esperienza consolidata all'interno di fonderie, acciaierie, centri di demolizione industriale o impianti di trattamento e recupero rifiuti metallici.
  • Competenza merceologica: Ottima conoscenza pratica dei metalli, delle leghe (rame, ottone, alluminio, acciaio, ecc.) e delle loro caratteristiche di classificazione.
  • Ottima resistenza fisica, fermezza decisionale nella gestione e nel rifiuto di carichi non conformi, forte attenzione alle norme di sicurezza d'impianto.
  • Competenze relazionali

  • Contratto di inserimento: Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno e trasformazione a tempo indeterminato, all'interno di un gruppo leader di settore, solido e strutturato.
  • Trattamento Economico: Range di RAL € 30.000- € 35.000 sulle 8 ore a cui si aggiunge il pagamento regolare e puntuale di tutte le ore di straordinario.
  • Orario di Lavoro: Full-time in giornata con disponibilità straordinari
