■業務内容

・チャット、メール、電話等を通じて、国内のハイポテンシャル顧客（個人・法人／機関投資家）とのアウトバウンドコミュニケーションを担い、投資ニーズを的確に把握した上で、顧客エンゲージメントおよびコンバージョンを推進する。

・市場動向およびグローバルな金融環境を踏まえた情報提供・示唆を行い、顧客との中長期的な関係構築ならびに付加価値の高い提案活動に貢献する。

・成長フェーズにある特別プロジェクトや戦略的施策に参画し、ユーザーへの継続的なフォローアップを通じて、ビジネスの拡大および顧客体験の高度化を支援する。

・自社サービスおよび金融商品に対する深い理解をもとに、プロフェッショナルとして信頼される高品質な顧客対応を提供する。

Requirements

【必須（MUST）】

・２年以上クライアントマネージメント経験や、電話営業のご経験

・金融業界での経験又は個人的な投資などのご経験

・証券外務員一種資格

【歓迎（WANT）】

・金融業界での経験またはコールセンターのアウトバウンドの業務経験

・中国語/英語ビジネスレベル
