Missions : Commercial Terrain - IDF

Prospection :

  • Promouvoir les services de l’entreprise en rencontrant directement des marchands/commerçants.
  • Présenter de manière convaincante les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits aux clients.
  • Participer à des événements professionnels pour rencontrer des prospects et renforcer la visibilité de l’entreprise.

Suivi des clients :

  • Aider les commerçants dans les processus d'onboarding et d’activation de leur compte.
  • Suivre l’utilisation des services et contribuer au maintien d’une activité régulière des marchands.
  • Signaler les problèmes en contactant le service support de l'entreprise dès lors que le besoin dépasse votre champ d'action.

Gestion :

  • Surveiller et analyser les performances du portefeuille client.
  • Être à l'initiative/ Participer à des activités de prospection.
  • S’assurer que les nouveaux commerçants du portefeuille attribué finalisent leur inscription.

Requirements

  • Niveau Bachelor/équivalent et/ou Master ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication : verbale et écrite ;
  • Persévérant, approche positive de la gestion des objections ;
  • Solides compétences en organisation : capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et problèmes en même temps ;
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente sur le terrain au niveau B to B à Paris;
  • Une expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire et dans le domaine du paiement est un atout ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la négociation et à la vente, avec une capacité avérée à conclure des affaires ;
  • Profil orienté résultats ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire.
