Ως Client Service Assistant θα υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα Client service και θα συμβάλλεις στην ομαλή διεξαγωγή experiential projects. Ο ρόλος σου είναι να μαθαίνεις ενεργά τις διαδικασίες, να βοηθάς στον συντονισμό των ενεργειών και να ενισχύεις την επικοινωνία με πελάτες, συνεργάτες, εσωτερικές κι εξωτερικές ομάδες.

Κύριες Ευθύνες και Καθήκοντα

1. Υποστήριξη διαχείρισης λογαριασμών

· Συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες και υποστήριξη στη συλλογή πληροφοριών και brief.

· Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και συμβολή στην προετοιμασία προτάσεων.

· Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων στο experiential marketing και παρουσίαση ιδεών στην ομάδα.

2. Υποστήριξη project management

· Βοήθεια στον προγραμματισμό και στον συντονισμό επιμέρους ενεργειών.

· Υποστήριξη στην τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και στη διαχείριση μικρότερων tasks (οργάνωση-διαχείριση γκαρνταρόμπας, προετοιμασία φωτογραφικού υλικού, συντονισμό με αποθήκη, διαχείριση εξοδολογίων, συντονισμός promoters)

· Συμμετοχή σε brainstorming sessions και προετοιμασία υλικού για παρουσιάσεις.

3. Δημιουργική & Οργανωτική συνεργασία

· Σύνταξη και ενημέρωση βασικών brief για τις ομάδες δημιουργικού και παραγωγής.

· Συνεργασία με το creative team και παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων.

· Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία reports και documentation.

4. Επαφή με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες

· Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές.

· Παραγγελίες για δώρα πελατών ή εξοπλισμό για events

· Συγκέντρωση και καταγραφή προσφορών, τιμολογίων και logistics αναγκών.

· Βασικός έλεγχος παραδοτέων υπό την καθοδήγηση ανώτερου Account Manager.

5. Reporting & evaluation

· Συμμετοχή στη συλλογή δεδομένων και στην ανάλυση KPI’s.

· Βοήθεια στη δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων για reporting και case studies.

Requirements

Πτυχίο στο Marketing, Επικοινωνία ή συναφές αντικείμενο.

Προϋπηρεσία 0–1 έτος (προϋπηρεσία σε internship ή σε event/project coordination θα εκτιμηθεί).

Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Βασικές γνώσεις MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Γνώσει σε σύστημα Sodtone θα θεωρηθεί plus asset.

Οργανωτικότητα και διάθεση για μάθηση.

Iκανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομάδα και καλή επικοινωνία.
