Η Chapter5, πρωτοπόρος στον τομέα των experiential και digital marketing, αναζητά Client Service Manager που θα συντονίζει και θα υλοποιεί experiential projects, διασφαλίζοντας τη στρατηγική ευθυγράμμιση, τη συνεργασία μεταξύ ομάδων και την επιτυχή εκτέλεση. Στόχος μας είναι η εφαρμογή στρατηγικών που προσφέρουν πραγματική αξία στους πελάτες και αναδεικνύουν την ταυτότητα κάθε brand.

Κύριες Ευθύνες και Καθήκοντα:

Ολοκληρωμένη Διαχείριση Project

· Προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός και υλοποίηση campaigns και εκδηλώσεων, διασφαλίζοντας ότι τα projects παραδίδονται εντός των χρονικών πλαισίων και του προϋπολογισμού.

· Καθοδήγηση των ενεργειών σε όλα τα στάδια του έργου, από την αρχική σχεδίαση έως την ολοκλήρωση, αναλαμβάνοντας την ευθύνη για την έγκαιρη και ποιοτική παράδοση.

· Ενεργή συμμετοχή σε briefs και brainstorming sessions για την ανάπτυξη δημιουργικών κατευθύνσεων και προτάσεων.

· Παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού projects, διαχείριση εξόδων, περιθωρίων κέρδους, προτιμολόγηση.

Δημιουργική Συνεργασία και Στρατηγική Επικοινωνία

· Συνεργασία με την ομάδα του creative για την υλοποίηση designs και visuals που εντυπωσιάζουν το κοινό και είναι ευθυγραμμισμένα με τη στρατηγική του πελάτη.

· Σύνταξη λεπτομερών brief για τις ομάδες δημιουργικού και παραγωγής, και διασφάλιση της αποδοτικότητας στην επικοινωνία.

· Σύνταξη παρουσίασης του Project τόσο στο στάδιο ανάθεσης όσο και στο evaluation

Συνεργασία με Εξωτερικούς Συνεργάτες

· Διαχείριση συνεργασιών με εξωτερικούς προμηθευτές και συμβούλους για αψεγάδιαστη εκτέλεση των εκδηλώσεων.

· Διαπραγμάτευση προϋπολογισμών, έλεγχος ποιότητας και διαχείριση συμβολαίων για τη διασφάλιση του καλύτερου αποτελέσματος.

Αξιολόγηση και Reporting

· Ορισμός βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) και παρακολούθηση των αποτελεσμάτων των project.

· Προετοιμασία ολοκληρωμένων report decks, με δεδομένα και οπτικοποιήσεις που απεικονίζουν την απόδοση των projects για χρήση σε πελάτη, εταιρικές παρουσιάσεις – βραβεία κ.α.

Διαχείριση Κινδύνου και Συμμόρφωση

· Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή σχεδίων αντιμετώπισης ρίσκων, εξασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των κανονισμών ασφαλείας και των νομικών απαιτήσεων.

· Εφαρμογή διαδικασιών που διασφαλίζουν την ομαλή διεξαγωγή των project ακόμα και σε καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο στο Marketing, Επικοινωνία ή συναφές αντικείμενο (προαιρετικό μεταπτυχιακό).
  • Τουλάχιστον 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε experiential marketing ή διαχείριση πελατών σε σχετικούς τομείς.
  • Γνώση MS Office και βασικές γνώσεις digital analytics και reporting.
  • Βασική γνώση softone ή erp system
  • Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και επικοινωνίας στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά.
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης και κατανόησης των αναγκών των πελατών.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες project management, με ευχέρεια στη διαχείριση πολλαπλών και σύνθετων projects.
  • Δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης και διαχείρισης προϋπολογισμών.
  • Ικανότητα να προσαρμόζεται σε μεταβαλλόμενες ανάγκες και πιέσεις, με υψηλό επίπεδο επαγγελματισμού.
