The posting

  • Support Client :
  • Conseiller et assister les clients via différents canaux (téléphone, email ou courrier) sur des questions liées à leur couverture santé, aux remboursements et aux détails de leur contrat.
  • Gestion Administrative :
  • Traiter les prestations santé en saisissant les remboursements conformément aux procédures internes.
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers des clients (informations contractuelles, adresses, coordonnées bancaires).
  • Relations Client :
  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients en fournissant des informations précises et en contribuant à l’atteinte des indicateurs de performance.

Ce poste ne comporte aucune activité de prospection ou de vente

Formation: Min bac+2

Régime: 40h Par semaine/ 8h de travail par jour

Lundi au dimanche/ 5 jours de travail par semaine/ 2 jours off dans la semaine

Horaires flexibles: entre 07h et 10 (le matin) et entre 16h et 19h30 (l’après-midi)

Requirements

Expérience: Profil expert/ expérience en assurance

Qualités: Qualités relationnelles (en Français et en Anglais), sens du service, ouverture d’esprit, sens de l’organisation, Appétence pour les chiffres, et esprit d’équipe

Compétences techniques: Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel)

Langues : Français et anglais courant : niveau C1/ C2

Personnalité : Fiable, impliqué, aimant travailler dans un environnement respectueux et solidaire

Contrat: CDI

Prime trimestrielle: 300DT (en fonction des résultats de l’équipe)

Prime résultat pouvant atteindre les 293DT en brut par an (en fonction des résultats de l’entreprise l’année précédente) Prime annuelle sur objectif de 13,33% du salaire annuel de base (variable en fonction du taux d’atteinte des objectifs) Prime de restauration 12,5DT en brut par jour travaillé

Assurance maladie à 100% à la charge de l’employeur – adhésion le mois qui suit la date d’intégration

Mobilité Interne: Possibilité à faire des demandes de mobilité interne selon critères d’éligibilité

Télétravail: Possibilité à faire du télétravail après 6 mois d’ancienneté au sein du groupe : 2 jours par semaine (jusqu’à 3 jours pour les salariées enceintes/ maladie etc.)

Formation: Formation dès l'intégration + Formation continue

Navettes gratuites: mises en place pour assurer le transport des collaborateurs (le circuit des navettes est bien prédéfini. Il y’a environ 6 arrêts par circuit :

N.B: Le circuit des navettes peut être emmené à évoluer en fonction du besoin de nos collaborateurs. Ce service est fait pour servir le plus grand nombre et ne peut pas être personnalisé individuellement. Chacun est libre de venir à un des arrêts proposés par Henner qui dessert tous les points d’habitation important de Tunis.

Nous avons aussi quelques places de parking. Les places sont attribuées par tirage au sort qui peuvent évoluer chaque trimestre
