Ο Όμιλος Κτηνιατρικών Κλινικών Πλακεντία, στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξής του, αναζητά Clinic Operations & Support Manager για την Κτηνιατρική Κλινική του Ομίλου στη Θεσσαλονίκη (Νέο Ρύσιο).

Ο ρόλος έχει ως βασική αποστολή τη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης και αποτελεσματικής καθημερινής λειτουργίας της Κλινικής, της υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών και του αποτελεσματικού συντονισμού των διοικητικών και υποστηρικτικών λειτουργιών.

Τι αναζητούμε:

Αναζητούμε ένα άτομο με υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης, οργανωτική ικανότητα και πρακτική προσέγγιση, που μπορεί να συντονίζει αποτελεσματικά διαφορετικές λειτουργίες, να αναλαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες και να ανταποκρίνεται με ευελιξία στις απαιτήσεις ενός δυναμικού κλινικού περιβάλλοντος.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντονισμός της Γραμματείας – Υποδοχής και διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της ροής των περιστατικών, των ραντεβού και των επειγόντων περιστατικών.
  • Καθημερινός λειτουργικός συντονισμός της Κλινικής και διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της.
  • Παρακολούθηση ταμείου, εισπράξεων και καθημερινών οικονομικών διαδικασιών.
  • Συντονισμός θεμάτων εγκαταστάσεων, συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
  • Συντονισμός θεμάτων πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και τεχνικής υποστήριξης, σε συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση προμηθειών και αποθεμάτων και διασφάλιση της έγκαιρης κάλυψης των λειτουργικών αναγκών της Κλινικής.
  • Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση των τυποποιημένων διαδικασιών λειτουργίας (SOPs) και των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών του Ομίλου.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τον Κλινικό Διευθυντή και την Κεντρική Διεύθυνση Λειτουργιών του Ομίλου.
  • Άμεση διαχείριση έκτακτων λειτουργικών ή τεχνικών ζητημάτων και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση ή παραπομπή τους στα αρμόδια στελέχη, όπου απαιτείται.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Operations, Administration, Healthcare/Clinic Operations, Hospitality ή Customer Service Management.
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού ομάδων και εξωτερικών συνεργατών.
  • Εξοικείωση με οικονομικές διαδικασίες, προμήθειες και παρακολούθηση λειτουργικών αναγκών.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office και άνεση στη χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
