  • Support integration between behavioral healthcare, primary healthcare, Social Prescribing, recovery supports, and community-based services.
  • Help develop pathways connecting participants with clinical services, primary care, peer and recovery support, wellness activities, healthcare, and community resources.
  • Support coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams to improve access, engagement, and continuity of care.

Direct Clinical Services

  • Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.
  • Conduct assessments, individual or group counseling, treatment planning, and other clinical services within applicable licensure and scope of practice.
  • Provide clinical coverage or support during periods of increased program need.

Quality, Compliance & Program Development

  • Monitor clinical quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in chart reviews, quality assurance, program evaluation, and corrective action planning.
  • Assist with development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, nursing, peer support, outreach, recovery services, program leadership, and community partners.
  • Support clinical data collection and outcome measurement.
  • Participate in statewide planning and implementation as Impact Life's outpatient and integrated care continuum continues to grow.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
