Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di Cloud & Data Engineer per la nostra area Marketing Technology che si occuperà, a fianco del team Innovation, di contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi servizi innovativi a supporto della consulenza digital marketing e nell’integrazione di sistemi e piattaforme.

Ruolo

Come Cloud & Data Engineer ti occuperai di lavorare su grandi volumi di dati di differente natura (semantici, come le keyword di ricerca, e numerici, come i KPI digital di varia natura: investimenti pubblicitari, comportamenti degli utenti su siti web) e di disegnare e sviluppare piattaforme e pipeline scalabili in cloud che permettano l’automazione e l’aumento di qualità del lavoro dei consulenti e dei clienti stessi.

Lavorerai su diversi progetti sfruttando le tecnologie state-of-the-art per fornire nuovi strumenti ai nostri colleghi e clienti. Non ti occuperai solo dello sviluppo ma potrai partecipare a ideare gli strumenti che realizziamo

Requirements

Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se:

  • Hai una Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o master in data science
  • Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza professionale con Python, focalizzato su data engineering e architetture backend
  • Conosci i principali Cloud Provider (preferibilmente Google Cloud Platform) e sai come orchestrare servizi per l'analisi dati
  • Ti muovi con disinvoltura tra API REST/GraphQL e protocolli OAuth2
  • Possiedi concetti teorici legati alla gestione di grandi quantità di dati (big data), sfruttando servizi in Cloud, proprietari o custom made
  • Hai esperienza in almeno un sistema di controllo di versione, preferibilmente Git
  • Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese

Nice to have:

  • Conoscenza di DB relazionali e NoSQL
  • Esperienza con framework web (Django in primis)
  • Conoscenze di digital marketing (ambiti SEO, Digital Analytics, Digital Advertising) e delle piattaforme correlate (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads…)
  • Esperienza pratica con strumenti di Machine Learning (Vertex AI, TensorFlow…)
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con i clienti per la raccolta requisiti e la stima dei tempi di progetto

Caratteristiche personali:

  • Ti piace sperimentare tecnologie appena rilasciate e capire come portarle in produzione
  • Utilizzi regolarmente strumenti di IA generativa (come Codex e Claude Code) per accelerare il coding e il debugging, ma possiedi la competenza critica per validare il codice prodotto
  • Hai le capacità di presentare efficacemente le tue idee e il tuo lavoro, anche a utenti business
  • Hai spirito di iniziativa e sai trovare soluzioni in autonomia quando il sentiero non è tracciato

Cosa offriamo

Contratto di assunzione CCNL Commercio, range retributivo 26.000-36.000 euro lordi annui.

In base agli elementi che emergeranno durante la selezione verrà definita l’offerta economica finale.
