  • Prepare inspection reports and communicate results to Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing.
  • Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions related to dimensional and quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, CMM programs, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure inspection activities are performed consistently and in accordance with established procedures.

Equipment & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and related measurement tools in proper working condition.
  • Support equipment calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inspection methods, programming efficiency, measurement accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Work with instrument vendors to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate service, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Follow all applicable quality, safety, and laboratory procedures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
