  • Advanced Equipment: Gain exposure to CNC turning, milling, Swiss, mill-turn, and multi-axis equipment.
  • Skill Growth: Build beyond your current experience and develop skills on more advanced machines and processes.
  • Growth & Stability: Join a stable, growing company that continues investing in new equipment, technology, and its people.
  • Overtime Availability: Significant overtime opportunities are available, including Saturdays.

Compensation:

  • $25 - $30 / hr (base)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC Equipment: Run CNC turning, milling, Swiss, and/or mill-turn equipment while maintaining safe and consistent production.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor machines throughout production runs, checking tooling, machine performance, cycle consistency, and finished-part quality.
  • Part Inspection: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other standard measuring equipment.
  • Offsets & Adjustments: Make tool and wear offset adjustments as needed to maintain dimensions and keep parts within tolerance.
  • Tool Changes: Identify worn or damaged tooling, replace tools as necessary, and verify the machine continues producing acceptable parts.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to understand dimensions, tolerances, and quality requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Recognize common machining or quality issues and make appropriate adjustments or escalate more complex problems to setup, programming, or engineering personnel.
  • Production Documentation: Complete required inspection, production, and job documentation accurately.
  • Machine Care: Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Safety & Teamwork: Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures and work closely with setup machinists, programmers, quality, and production leadership.

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience: 3+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience within turning, milling, Swiss, or mill-turn environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
