Coach – Padel, Tennis & Pickleball

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Padel, Tennis, and/or Pickleball Coach is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the basic techniques, rules, and training methods of the relevant sport.
  • Friendly, approachable, patient, and communicative, especially when interacting with children.
  • Comfortable and experienced in coaching kids, with the ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Able to adjust coaching methods based on the age, skill level, and learning pace of each student.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with both students and parents.
  • Professional, responsible, punctual, and committed to providing a positive coaching experience.
  • Having an existing student base or personal network in Depok would be a strong advantage.
  • Candidates who already have a good reputation/name and established students in the Depok area are highly preferred, as there may be opportunities for further collaboration and expanding the coaching program.
  • Open to both individual coaching and group sessions.
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Additional Value: Candidates with an existing community, student network, or connections within the Depok sports/tennis/padel/pickleball community will be considered an added advantage.
