En Rentokil Initial nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Prevencionista de Riesgos Junior para sumarse a nuestro equipo en la zona de Calama, cuya principal función será ejecutar y verificar en terreno el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de la empresa, la legislación vigente y los requisitos de nuestros clientes. Apoyarás activamente la implementación del sistema de gestión mediante inspecciones, acompañamientos en terreno, capacitaciones, control documental y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.

¿Cuáles serán las principales tareas?

  • Apoyar la implementación de procedimientos, protocolos, campañas y la legislación vigente en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
  • Participar en la preparación y desarrollo de auditorías internas/externas de salud y seguridad.
  • Reportar desviaciones de forma inmediata al Jefe de Prevención de Riesgos de la Zona Norte.
  • Participar en la investigación de accidentes/incidentes y registrar reportes en la plataforma MySHE.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros e indicadores de la zona y coordinar actividades con el Organismo Administrador.
  • Visitar a clientes para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares tanto de la compañía como de cada cliente.
  • Realizar inspecciones, observaciones preventivas y conductuales en sucursales y operaciones.
  • Acompañar en terreno al personal técnico y supervisores, verificando el uso correcto de EPP y el cumplimiento de procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
  • Recopilar y entregar la documentación requerida por clientes.
  • Dictar inducciones al personal nuevo y capacitar en materias de Seguridad y Salud, verificando en terreno la aplicación de los conocimientos.

Requirements

  • Estudios técnico/ingeniería en prevención de riesgos.
  • Entre 0 y 2 años en funciones asociadas a la prevención de riesgos (bienvenidos recién egresados con ganas de aprender y crecer)
  • Residencia en Calama (excluyente)
  • Licencia clase B
  • Conocimiento de la legislación vigente del país en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
  • Conocimiento e implementación de Protocolos MINSAL.
  • Salud compatible con el cargo
  • Licencia clase B
