Rentokil Initial se encuentra en la búsqueda de Prevencionista de Riesgos, natal para Antofagasta.

¿Cuáles serán las principales tareas?

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento legal en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, incluyendo la preparación y el correcto desarrollo de auditorías sobre salud y seguridad.
  • Interlocución con el Subgerente del departamento Prevención de Riesgos en el diseño e implementación de procedimientos, objetivos, ratios, etc. Mantener una comunicación fluida con el encargado nacional.
  • Visitar clientes para garantizar que las acciones son realizadas de acuerdo a los estándares de salud y seguridad.
  • Generar investigación de accidentes o incidentes y realizar los reportes SHE y LTA/ reportes WDL en MySHE u otros sistemas de la sucursal
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos y exigencias legales solicitadas por clientes, incluyendo el apoyo en la generación, recopilación y entrega de documentación requerida por este.
  • Salidas a terreno, visita a instalaciones y/o clientes junto a personal técnico y/o supervisión.
  • Implementar las medidas correctivas asociadas asociadas a las desviaciones detectadas en terreno.
  • Capacitar a los técnicos y verificar cumplimiento en terreno respecto a los procedimientos de trabajo seguro, acorde al programa de prevención de riesgos
  • Gestionar el trabajo en conjunto con el Organismo Administrador del Seguro contra Accidentes del Trabajo, de acuerdo a la legislación vigente del país, y los requerimientos propios de la compañía.
  • Seguimiento a lo establecido en el actual Decreto Supremo N° 157 (Empresas Aplicadoras de Plaguicidas).
  • Auditoría trimestral D.S. 594 – 157 (bodegas y oficinas) y seguimiento check list vehículos.
  • Realización de Inducciones de Seguridad (IRL) a todo el personal nuevo de la compañía, como también la actualización de este.

Requirements

  • Estudios técnico/ingeniería en prevención de riesgos.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia.
  • Residencia en Antofagata (excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a las sucursales de la zona norte (Arica e Iquique).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a faenas mineras.
  • Salud compatible con el cargo
  • Licencia clase B
