Η Δικηγορική Εταιρία Φράγκου με σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, αναζητά υπάλληλο γραφείου , πλήρους απασχόλησης ,για το τμήμα επίδικων - ληξιπρόθεσμων τραπεζικών και εταιρικών απαιτήσεων.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διενέργεια τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων για ρύθμιση - διακανονισμό ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών
  • Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση οφειλετών σχετικά με την ύπαρξη ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών
  • Καθοδήγηση των οφειλετών για την εύρεση της βέλτιστης συμβιβαστικής λύσης αποπληρωμής των οφειλών τους
  • Διατήρηση σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης και καλής συνεργασίας βασισμένων σε μια πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσωπική επικοινωνία με τον εκάστοτε πελάτη
  • Συστηματική καταγραφή πληροφοριών και επιμελημένη τήρηση αρχείου σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της εταιρίας

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα, ευελιξία και οργανωτικότητα
  • Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση Η/Υ (MS Office, CRM)
  • Για άνδρες υποψήφιους: στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις εκπληρωμένες
