Η LMW αναζητά Collection Agents, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, δικηγορικής εταιρείας με έδρα το κέντρο της Αθήνας, με αντικείμενο τη διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίων ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών στον κλάδο της ενέργειας.

Αναζητούμε επικοινωνιακούς και υπεύθυνους επαγγελματίες, με εμπειρία σε Call Center ή Customer Service και ισχυρές διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες, οι οποίοι θα αναλάβουν την επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες και τη διαμόρφωση βιώσιμων λύσεων αποπληρωμής.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών πελατών εταιρειών ενέργειας.
  • Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες με στόχο τη διαπραγμάτευση και την επίτευξη βιώσιμων ρυθμίσεων αποπληρωμής.
  • Αναλυτική ενημέρωση σχετικά με το ύψος της οφειλής, τις διαθέσιμες επιλογές διακανονισμού και, όπου απαιτείται, τις ενδεχόμενες περαιτέρω ενέργειες.
  • Παρακολούθηση των συμφωνημένων διακανονισμών και έγκαιρη διαχείριση περιπτώσεων μη τήρησης των όρων αποπληρωμής.
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων κλήσεων σχετικά με οικονομικές εκκρεμότητες και αιτήματα πελατών.
  • Καταχώριση και συστηματική επικαιροποίηση στοιχείων επικοινωνίας, ενεργειών και αποτελεσμάτων στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με τη νομική ομάδα για υποθέσεις που απαιτούν περαιτέρω δικαστική ή εξωδικαστική διαχείριση.
  • Σύνταξη και αποστολή σχετικής αλληλογραφίας, όπως e-mails και ενημερωτικές επιστολές.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με το ισχύον κανονιστικό πλαίσιο, τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και τις αρχές δεοντολογίας.
  • Επίτευξη ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων είσπραξης (KPIs), με παράλληλη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου επαγγελματικής εξυπηρέτησης.

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου. Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο (Call Center) ή σε θέση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (Customer Service).
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης απαιτητικών συνομιλιών και επίτευξης συμφωνιών.
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη στόχων και δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs).
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης χρόνου και ταυτόχρονης διαχείρισης πολλαπλών υποθέσεων.

Nice to Have:

  • Προϋπηρεσία στη διαχείριση ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών, εισπράξεων ή διακανονισμών.
  • Εμπειρία σε εξερχόμενες κλήσεις (outbound calls), ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον εισπράξεων ή πωλήσεων.
  • Εξοικείωση με CRM ή άλλα πληροφοριακά συστήματα διαχείρισης πελατών.
