Tanggung Jawab

  • Memastikan distribusi akun/loan kepada tim field collection sesuai dengan pembagian bucket
  • Memastikan seluruh Field Collector mengetahui dan memahami KPI yang harus dicapai
  • Meninjau hasil Quality Control (QC) dari aktivitas Field Collection
  • Menyusun laporan kinerja FC
  • Menyiapkan perhitungan insentif berdasarkan kinerja dan skema yang berlaku
  • Memastikan memo hasil kunjungan Field Collector kepada pelanggan tercatat dengan baik di dalam sistem
  • Memberikan coaching kepada anggota tim FC yang memiliki performa rendah
  • Memastikan tidak ada temuan berisiko tinggi yang dapat berdampak pada bisnis
  • Menyusun, mendokumentasikan, dan memantau efektivitas strategi serta prosedur Collection
  • Melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas seluruh strategi Collection

Requirements

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Field Collection Team Leader atau Supervisor
  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) dari semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai proses Collection
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik serta mampu membangun dan memimpin tim
  • Mampu membaca dan menganalisis laporan Collection
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai fungsi kontrol, monitoring, dan coaching
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada target
  • Memiliki motivasi tinggi, mampu bekerja secara mandiri tanpa pengawasan ketat, mampu mengambil keputusan, serta memiliki sikap kontrol yang kuat
