Estamos à procura de um Comercial B2B para integrar uma empresa em crescimento, com foco na prospeção e desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais junto de PME. Procuramos um profissional com uma abordagem consultiva, orientado para a construção de relações de confiança e para identificar as soluções mais adequadas às necessidades de cada cliente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospeção, qualificação e conversão de leads provenientes maioritariamente de canais digitais (inbound);
  • Acompanhamento de oportunidades comerciais junto de pequenas e médias empresas;
  • Agendamento, preparação e condução de sessões de descoberta para compreender as necessidades dos potenciais clientes e identificar o serviço mais adequado;
  • Gestão, acompanhamento e atualização do pipeline comercial no CRM da empresa;
  • Participação em eventos e iniciativas promovidas pela empresa.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Ambição, autonomia e forte orientação para objetivos;
  • Cerca de 2 anos de experiência comercial em serviços B2B, preferencialmente nas áreas de consultoria, contabilidade ou serviços financeiros;
  • Conhecimentos da área fiscal e/ou financeira;
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas, privilegiando a construção de relações de confiança em detrimento de abordagens comerciais agressivas;
  • Bons conhecimentos de CRM;
  • Proatividade na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria dos processos comerciais e na apresentação de sugestões à equipa;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil credível, próximo e orientado para relações comerciais de longo prazo, representando uma marca com posicionamento educativo e consultivo.

Valorizamos:

  • Rede de contactos junto de associações empresariais e/ou PME nacionais;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação comercial.
