The posting

Dans le cadre de son déploiement national et afin d'assurer une couverture optimale des différents bassins agricoles du pays, Apave Cameroun recrute plusieurs Commerciaux Agronomes Régionaux pour un acteur de premier plan spécialisé dans le secteur de l'agro-industrie.

Sous la supervision du Responsable Commercial, vous intégrerez une force de vente déployée sur l'ensemble du territoire. Votre rôle principal sera de conseiller les clients de votre région d'affectation sur les solutions agricoles spécifiquement adaptées à leurs cultures. Vous assurerez la vente et le suivi technique des produits et services sur votre zone géographique dédiée, tout en contribuant activement au développement du chiffre d'affaires et à la satisfaction client.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Conseil et accompagnement technique : Vous identifiez les besoins agronomiques de vos clients et proposez des solutions techniques adaptées (irrigation, fertilisation, protection des cultures). Vous les accompagnez lors de la mise en œuvre de ces solutions.
  • Prospection et vente : Vous prospectez activement de nouveaux marchés et clients sur votre secteur géographique. Vous présentez les produits, négociez les conditions commerciales et concluez les ventes.
  • Suivi et fidélisation : Vous assurez le service post-vente, résolvez les problèmes techniques ou commerciaux avec les équipes internes, et maintenez un portefeuille de clients fidélisés.
  • Coordination et reporting : Vous remontez les informations de votre zone d'intervention pour améliorer les offres et produisez des rapports réguliers sur vos ventes et interventions.

Requirements

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac +4 / Bac +5 en agronomie, agriculture, sciences agricoles ou commerce agricole.
  • Vous possédez entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions agricoles ou le conseil technique auprès des agriculteurs.
  • Solide expertise agronomique, maîtrise des techniques de prospection/vente sur le terrain et de l'assistance client.
  • Excellent sens du service et de l'orientation client, proactivité, autonomie, forte capacité de communication persuasive, et grande adaptabilité aux contraintes du terrain.
  • Français ou Anglais (Langue maternelle exigée en fonction de la région d'affectation : zone francophone ou anglo-saxonne).
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques pour la rédaction des rapports.
