The posting

Unser Auftraggeber ist eine global agierende Industriegruppe mit mehreren Milliarden Euro Umsatz, die in ihrer Branche Marktführerschaft einnimmt. Für die deutsche Gruppe und ein bedeutendes Werk im Raum Dresden wird ein ambitionierter Commercial & Finance Manager (m/w/d) gesucht.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Unterstützung des CFO der deutschen Gruppe in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Leitung des kaufmännischen Bereiches
  • Koordination von monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlussprozessen mit Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Standorten
  • Leitung des Finanzplanungsprozesses (Erstellung Budget, Prognose und Planung) für die deutsche Gruppe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO
  • Überprüfung und Analyse von Budgetabweichungen anhand der Monatsabschlüsse aller Standorte, mit Bereitstellung von Erklärungen und Empfehlungen zur Kosteneinsparung
  • Erstellung eines umfassenden Berichtspaketes für die Geschäftsführung der deutschen Gruppe
  • Ansprechpartner für Fragen zu den monatlichen Abschlüssen
  • Unterstützung der Betriebsbereiche bei Controlling und Analyseaufgaben
  • Teilnahme an Projekten und Bearbeitung von ad-hoc Anfragen
  • Bearbeitung von Rechtsthemen und Vertragsmanagement
  • Vorantreiben von Effizienz- und Organisationsoptimierung

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Umfassende Expertise von mindestens 5-7 Jahren im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Audit
  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten in der Anwendung von Microsoft Excel für präzise Datenauswertungen und –analysen
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Buchführung sowie in der Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Steuerrecht
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Pragmatische und hands-on-geprägte Arbeitsweise
