About the role

As Dayshape continues to scale, our commercial organisation needs greater clarity, consistency, and pace to keep up with the pace of growth. Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing all rely on strong CRM (HubSpot) and data processes, reliable reporting, clear governance, and close cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth, deliver great customer outcomes, and give senior leadership and the Board clear performance insight.

That's where you come in. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the commercial leadership team, you'll drive operational excellence across the commercial organisation—using your initiative to interrogate commercial data, surface actionable insight, and drive outcomes aligned to our growth priorities. This role is suited to a commercially minded operations professional with strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a relentless focus on data accuracy and forecast predictability.

  • Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance to the business leaders.

Sales Operations Support

  • Manage and optimise sales processes, workflows, and governance.
  • Maintain forecasting processes and support sales leadership with pipeline reviews and reporting.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and adherence to defined sales stages and processes.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to define KPIs, targets, and performance dashboards.
  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and sales planning activities as required.

Customer Success Operations Support

  • Establish reporting on customer health, retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Support the development and tracking of Customer Success objectives and performance indicators.
  • Identify operational improvements that enhance customer experience and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to improve lifecycle management processes.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Work with Marketing to track campaign performance, lead generation effectiveness, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Support lead management processes and alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Provide visibility into funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Assist with the measurement of marketing contribution to revenue outcomes.

Systems, Processes & Governance

  • Act as a key administrator and business owner for commercial systems, including CRM and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for commercial processes and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial function.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives and commercial projects through analysis, planning, and execution.
  • Facilitate regular operating rhythms, including performance reviews and planning cycles.
  • Ensure alignment of metrics, definitions, and reporting across teams.

Requirements

Working Details

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know.

We’re ideally looking for someone in/around Edinburgh, though we’re open to the possibility of this being a remote role (as long as you're in the UK). We're making the most of hybrid working, so you won't need to come into the office everyday (unless you want to!).

We don't mandate required office time, but we find that most of the team enjoy working from home 2-3 days a week, and come into our office to connect with each other, make use of space, and for meetings.

Join the team!

Equality of opportunity is more than just a responsibility: we believe it’s a huge advantage to welcome a variety of experiences and perspectives into the team. Diversity is a great asset and, as such, we strongly encourage applications from any background.

This is your opportunity to really influence how we get things done, and how our company grows. We're doing well, but there's lots more to do in order to maintain the high bar and pace that we've set.

Everyone here is growing personally as the company grows, so if that sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to see your application.

Please note the successful candidate for this role will be subject to background checks and will have an opportunity to declare anything to us beforehand

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
