Depuis sa création, nous avons un objectif : offrir aux particuliers un moyen simple et confortable de vendre et d’acheter des véhicules d'occasion en ligne, en offrant la meilleure expérience client possible. En forte croissance, notre activité se développe à grande vitesse grâce à l'appui d’un grand groupe automobile mondial.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité à Casablanca, au Maroc, nous recherchons plusieurs Commercial(e)-Vendeur(euse), Véhicules d’Occasion à Particuliers - Casablanca (H/F).

Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) directement au responsable commercial de l’entreprise, vous intégrez notre équipe de vente auprès des particuliers. Vous êtes au coeur du développement de ce nouveau canal de distribution via la réalisation en sédentaire (téléphone) des missions suivantes :

  • Vous assurez le suivi des leads entrants qui vous sont attribués : présentation des véhicules, recommandations, relances, suivi de dossiers de financement ;
  • Vous déployez un discours commercial permettant de présenter efficacement et de manière pertinente nos véhicules ;
  • Vous pilotez l’intégralité de notre démarche commerciale (négociation, signature, vente de produits complémentaires…) jusqu’à la prise de commande ;
  • Vous participez à la croissance d’un nouveau canal de vente qui digitalise la distribution des véhicules d'occasions

Requirements

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite ;
  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (G Suite notamment) ;
  • Dynamique, proactif et curieux sont des qualités qui vous sont reconnues avec une grande ouverture d'esprit ;
  • L'autonomie ne vous fait pas peur ;
  • Une expérience dans l'automobile ou dans un service administratif est un plus ;
  • Issu(e) de formation ou d’expérience commerciale, vous avez une très forte orientation client/service et d’excellentes compétences en négociation commerciale ;
  • Vous savez rassurer votre interlocuteur, convaincre et conclure des ventes ;
  • Vous aimez le challenge, vous surpasser, et vous ne visualisez pas les objectifs comme un cap à atteindre mais à dépasser ;
  • Vous avez une aisance relationnelle incontestable au téléphone, une appétence pour le secteur automobile avec un état d'esprit start-up ;
  • Vous rêvez d’une société qui vous permettra d’évoluer en fonction de vos résultats et une rémunération récompensant vos performances (salaire fixe + variable non-plafonné).
