Ali Professional, divisione di Ali S.p.A. specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Professional e Middle Management, per conto di una prestigiosa realtà metalmeccanica con sede a Brescia Nord, leader internazionale nella progettazione e costruzione di macchine utensili ad altissima tecnologia, ricerca una figura per il potenziamento del proprio gruppo commerciale:

COMMERCIALE ESTERO ASIA

La risorsa inserita, rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione Commerciale, avrà la responsabilità dello sviluppo del business e del consolidamento della presenza aziendale nel mercato asiatico. Gestirà l'intero processo di vendita di impianti speciali e macchinari complessi ad alto valore tecnologico.

Le mansioni principali comprenderanno:

• Sviluppo Business e New Business Acquisition: Mappatura del mercato geografico di riferimento, identificazione di nuove opportunità commerciali e attività di acquisizione di nuovi clienti (sia utilizzatori finali che distributori/partner).

• Gestione delle Trattative Tecnico-Commerciali: Analisi dei requisiti tecnici espressi dal cliente, interfaccia costante con l'Ufficio Tecnico interno per la definizione della soluzione impiantistica ideale e negoziazione delle offerte economiche.

• Trasferte Internazionali: Gestione di trasferte in Asia per visite dirette ai clienti, negoziazioni in loco e monitoraggio dei progetti.

• Partecipazione a Fiere ed Eventi di Settore: Rappresentanza del brand dell’azienda durante le principali fiere internazionali di settore, curando le relazioni pubbliche e raccogliendo nuovi lead qualificati.

Requirements

• Esperienza consolidata in ruoli tecnico-commerciali o di Export Management, preferibilmente maturata nel settore delle macchine utensili, automazione industriale, impianti speciali o comparto metalmeccanico pesante.

• Conoscenza molto buona della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata), indispensabile per condurre negoziazioni e presentazioni tecniche. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (lingue asiatiche) costituirà un importante plus.

• Disponibilità a trasferte nel mondo.

• Forte orientamento al risultato, proattività, eccellenti doti comunicative.

• Contratto d'Inserimento: Inserimento diretto in azienda

• Retribuzione: Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, con una RAL compresa tra € 40.000 e € 50.000 in base all'effettiva seniority e alle competenze tecniche del candidato.
