Siamo parte del Gruppo Orsero e il nostro mondo è vivace, sfidante e ricco di connessioni internazionali. Il Gruppo Orsero opera in tutta l’Europa mediterranea generando un fatturato di 1,7 miliardi di euro.

Posizione:

Per la nostra sede di Roma, stiamo cercando due figure, una junior e una senior, di Commerciali Mercato Ortofrutticolo.

Queste figure chiave contribuiranno al successo della nostra divisione commerciale, supportando e implementando le attività di vendita e la gestione della relazione con i clienti.

All’inizio affiancheranno i colleghi commerciali esperti, supportandoli nell’attività di vendita e nella gestione e preparazione merce. Progressivamente apprenderanno le caratteristiche dei prodotti disponibili, le logiche di vendita per riuscire a identificare i bisogni dei clienti e orientare le loro scelte, instaurando con gli stessi un rapporto di fiducia. Si occuperanno così di sviluppare, gestire e concludere direttamente le trattative commerciali con i clienti, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali assegnati.

Requirements

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore ortofrutticolo;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con forte orientamento al cliente;
  • Flessibilità e adattabilità in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico.

Benefits

Cosa offriamo:

  • Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì su orario dalle 08:30 alle 13:30 e dalle 14:00 alle 16:00, domenica dalle 05:00 alle 10:00;
  • Range retributivo: figura junior € 23.000 – € 28.000 annui lordi; figura senior € 30.000 – € 43.000;
