Nel cuore di Venezia, all’interno di una struttura alberghiera 5 stelle dalla forte identità storica e dall’eleganza senza tempo, siamo alla ricerca di giovani professionisti della cucina desiderosi di entrare in un contesto di alto livello, dove tecnica, disciplina, cura del dettaglio e passione per l’ospitalità si incontrano ogni giorno.

Le figure selezionate saranno inserite all’interno della brigata di cucina e contribuiranno alla realizzazione di un’esperienza gastronomica coerente con gli standard di un’ospitalità internazionale di lusso.

Il ruolo

Commis de Cuisine

  • Supportare la brigata nelle attività di preparazione e mise en place.
  • Collaborare alla preparazione delle materie prime e delle linee di cucina.
  • Eseguire le preparazioni affidate nel rispetto delle indicazioni dello Chef.
  • Mantenere ordine, pulizia e organizzazione della propria postazione.
  • Collaborare con la brigata durante il servizio, garantendo precisione e puntualità.

Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie

  • Gestire in autonomia la propria partita, in base al livello di esperienza.
  • Organizzare mise en place e preparazioni necessarie al servizio.
  • Garantire qualità, precisione e costanza nella realizzazione delle preparazioni.
  • Coordinarsi con Chef e Sous Chef per assicurare un servizio fluido ed efficace.
  • Supportare e affiancare le figure più junior della brigata.
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, igienico-sanitari e di sicurezza.

Chef de Partie Pastry

  • Gestire la propria partita di pasticceria, occupandosi delle preparazioni previste dal servizio.
  • Realizzare prodotti di pasticceria, dessert e preparazioni dolci secondo gli standard della struttura.
  • Curare mise en place, organizzazione e approvvigionamento della propria postazione.
  • Collaborare con Chef e brigata per garantire continuità e qualità del servizio.
  • Contribuire alla cura estetica e alla precisione delle preparazioni.

Il profilo

Cerchiamo persone motivate, disponibili e flessibili, con il desiderio di costruire il proprio percorso professionale all’interno di un contesto alberghiero di alto livello.

  • Esperienza nel ruolo, anche breve per le posizioni più junior.
  • Formazione alberghiera o percorso professionale in ambito cucina/pasticceria.
  • Passione per la cucina e attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime.
  • Precisione, disciplina e cura del dettaglio.
  • Capacità di lavorare in squadra all’interno di una brigata strutturata.
  • Energia, affidabilità e predisposizione all’apprendimento.
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festività.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare 5 giorni su 7, con 2 giorni consecutivi di riposo.
  • Immagine professionale estremamente curata e coerente con gli standard di un hotel 5 stelle.
  • Per le figure più esperte, autonomia operativa e capacità di coordinamento della propria partita.

Cosa offre l’azienda

  • Inserimento in un Hotel 5 Stelle storico nel centro di Venezia, all’interno di una brigata professionale e internazionale.
  • Contratto full-time: 5 giorni su 7 con 2 giorni consecutivi di riposo.
  • Inserimento diretto in azienda.
  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, finalizzato alla stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato.
  • Percorso di crescita e formazione all’interno di una realtà di alto livello.
  • No Alloggio
  • Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza e al ruolo:
  • Commis de Cuisine – Livello D1: RAL 21.000–22.000 €
  • Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie – Livello C2/C3: RAL 22.000–26.000 €
  • Chef de Partie Pastry – Livello C2: RAL 24.000–26.000 €
