The posting

Tâches communes :

  • Garantit un haut niveau de service, et particulièrement un accueil chaleureux et courtois aux membres.
  • Garantit une préparation des aliments dans le respect des recettes et/ou procédures de Costco, afin de garantir la satisfaction des membres.
  • Respecte les procédures de sûreté et de sécurité. S’assure que les règles d’hygiène sont respectées. Effectue les tâches exigées par les normes de propreté, le maintien des températures adéquates, les dates de péremption.
  • Inspecte et assemble les équipements utilisés le soir précédent. Met les stocks sur les présentoirs pour répondre aux besoins journaliers et assure la rotation des produits.
  • Respecte les normes du service en matière de production et de qualité et d’uniformité du produit fini.
  • Participe au bon fonctionnement du département alimentaire préparé et autres revenus, et plus généralement à celui de l’entrepôt.
  • Aide au besoin d’autres services de l’entrepôt.

Principales tâches en mets préparés:

  • Coupe les légumes et autres ingrédients pour les salades, les plats principaux et pour garnir les plats préparés. Prépare les plateaux, les repas, les pizzas et les salades.
  • Prépare et cuit les poulets, les produits de rôtisserie et les plats. Sauce les produits qui doivent l’être, rassemble les ingrédients des plats et des sauces, les mélange manuellement, les met en forme et les assemble. Cuit les produits en utilisant un four ou une rôtissoire adaptée.
  • Prépare les plateaux, les repas, les pizzas et les salades.
  • Coupe les légumes et autres ingrédients pour les salades, les plats principaux et pour garnir les plats préparés. Prépare les plateaux, les repas, les pizzas et les salades.
  • Suit les recettes et illustrations de Costco en matière de présentation du produit et de respect des normes de qualité.
  • Effectue et saisit les relevés de températures. Enregistre les produits abîmés, démarqués.

Requirements

Une première expérience des métiers alimentaires est un plus.

Un diplôme peut être un plus :

  • En mets préparés et resto club : CAP/BEP Restaurant ou CAP/BEP Brasserie-Café
