Επικεφαλής Μηχανικό Commissioning

για το Νέο Διεθνή Αερολιμένα Ηρακλείου Κρήτης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Αναπτύσσει και υλοποιεί σενάρια δοκιμών μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και συστημάτων.
  • Παρακολουθεί και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε FWT/FAT εξοπλισμού.
  • Συντονίζει και διαχειρίζεται τη διαδικασία θέσης σε λειτουργία από τους προμηθευτές.
  • Εκτελεί επιθεωρήσεις εξοπλισμού για να διασφαλιστεί η συμμόρφωση της κατασκευής με την υποβολή του προμηθευτή.
  • Πραγματοποιεί δοκιμές και παρέχει τεκμηρίωση ότι ο εξοπλισμός παραδίδεται, εγκαθίσταται και δοκιμάζεται σωστά και έχει ρυθμιστεί να λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές του έργου.
  • Συντάσσει διαπίστευση ποιότητας / ελέγχου ποιότητας εγκατάστασης / εκκίνησης μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.
  • Αναθέτει εργασίες δοκιμών στην ομάδα θέσης σε λειτουργία του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.
  • Εκτελεί σενάρια δοκιμών για την επιβεβαίωση της λειτουργίας του εξοπλισμού και του συστήματος, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές σχεδιασμού.
  • Διασφαλίζει ότι ακολουθούνται ασφαλείς πρακτικές εργασίας από όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας θέσης σε λειτουργία.
  • Μεριμνά για την επίτευξη των στόχων και την τήρηση του χρονοδιαγράμματος.
  • Συντάσσει αναφορές για την κατάσταση της ομάδας θέσης σε λειτουργία του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.
  • Κατανοεί και εφαρμόζει τις προδιαγραφές και τις απαιτήσεις LEED.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ
  • 3 έτη κατ’ ελάχιστον εμπειρίας σε λειτουργία εγκαταστάσεων μηχανολογικού και ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού (HVAC, ρευστών/υδραυλικών συστημάτων, ηλεκτρολογικών δικτύων κ.α.)
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε λειτουργία εγκαταστάσεων κέντρου δεδομένων
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCAD
