All'interno della Direzione Marketing & Communication, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Communication Specialist che contribuirà alla gestione delle attività di comunicazione a supporto dei brand commerciali del Gruppo e all'implementazione delle strategie di comunicazione sui diversi mercati.

Responsabilità:

  • Supportare l'organizzazione e la gestione della partecipazione alle principali fiere internazionali di settore;
  • Collaborare con le filiali estere nell'organizzazione di eventi e fiere locali, assicurando coerenza con le linee guida di comunicazione e di brand;
  • Supportare la gestione e l'aggiornamento della letteratura commerciale e dei materiali di comunicazione di prodotto;
  • Collaborare alle attività di comunicazione digitale. con particolare riferimento ai contenuti del sito web aziendale;
  • Supportare la realizzazione di materiali grafici e campagne di advertising online e offline;
  • Collaborare con i referenti Marketing e Comunicazione delle filiali internazionali per garantire l'allineamento delle iniziative locali alle strategie di Gruppo.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing o discipline affini;
  • Esperienza di 2-3 anni in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito della Comunicazione e/o del Marketing;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (tedesco o francese) costituirà titolo preferenziale;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
  • Spiccate doti organizzative e predisposizione a operare in contesti internazionali;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, approccio proattivo e orientamento al risultato;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali;
  • L'interesse per il settore della meccanizzazione agricola e per le sue evoluzioni tecnologiche rappresenterà un plus.

Condizioni di inserimento

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un gruppo internazionale, solido e in continua evoluzione, in un ruolo dinamico che offre autonomia, responsabilità e concrete opportunità di crescita professionale.

La selezione è finalizzata all'inserimento di un/una Communication Specialist, con inquadramento non inferiore al livello C3 del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. È previsto un trattamento retributivo annuo lordo a partire da €35.000,00 con possibilità di definizione di un pacchetto economico superiore, in funzione dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze tecniche e trasversali, del livello di autonomia e responsabilità richiesti dal ruolo e degli ulteriori elementi che saranno approfonditi durante l'iter di selezione.
