The posting

Who we are:

Allwyn is a multinational lottery operator with leading market positions in Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our primary focus is lotteries, which help raise money for good causes. We drive innovation, efficiency, and responsible gaming.

Allwyn North America is headquartered in Chicago. We currently operate the Illinois Lottery under a private management agreement while exploring opportunities across the U.S. We also provide products and services to lotteries and their players throughout Europe and the U.S.

Position Overview:

Creative Studio 6 is the in-house creative agency for Allwyn North America, and we are seeking a Communications Graphic Designer to support our business development and corporate growth efforts. In this role, you will use design to tell compelling stories, crafting visually persuasive pitch materials, trade show experiences, sell sheets, and presentation decks.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will partner closely with the New Business, Corporate Affairs, and Product teams, as well as fellow designers, copywriters, and multimedia producers, to distill complex concepts into impactful, print and digital executions.

Responsibilities:

Presentation & Pitch Design

  • Lead the visual development of RFPs, bid proposals, case studies, and one sheets, tailoring each to the prospect’s brand, tone, and business needs.
  • Design and manage high-impact presentation decks in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, working with presenters from concept through completion.
  • Translate complex research, market insights, and statistical data into clear, visually compelling graphics and infographics.

Trade Shows & Experiential Marketing

  • Design trade show/conference environments, including large- and small-scale booth displays.
  • Design branded promotional items, apparel, office swag, and event giveaways.
  • Create supporting print collateral, sell-in materials, and conference leave-behinds.

Brand Consistency & Asset Management

  • Adapt global Allwyn Group branding for the Allwyn North America market while maintaining strict brand alignment across all channels.
  • Build reusable templates, graphic assets, and creative resources to streamline production and elevate consistency.
  • Produce graphics for corporate social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Assist with regional North American client assignments as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver accurate, highly detailed, print-ready production files.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency, corporate communications, marketing, gaming, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations and high-visibility communications for senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across presentation design, digital communications, print collateral, and brand-focused creative work
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines while adapting creative approaches across different audiences, channels, and communication needs.

Technical Expertise:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, with demonstrated ability to create polished, design-forward executive presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design standards, file preparation, and prepress/print production specifications.
  • Ability to prepare and manage production-ready creative assets across digital and print formats

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling design.
  • Ability to interpret strategic direction and feedback from senior leadership and translate it into polished design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
