MISSIONS 🎯

Directement rattaché(e) au Chef Comptable, vous intégrez une équipe de 2 personnes. De manière polyvalente, ce poste vous permettra de prendre en charge la comptabilité pour plusieurs filiales du groupe.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Facturation fournisseurs :

  • Saisie des factures fournisseurs dans Sage X3 jusqu’au bon à payer, archivage dématérialisé et tenue d’un échéancier pour transfert des Bons à Payer à la trésorerie
  • Traitement des avoirs fournisseurs dans le respect des procédures spécifiques en lien avec le suivi qualité des pièces achetées ou prestation sous-traitées
  • Traitement interne des écarts : validation avec les services concernés
  • Traitement des relances fournisseurs

Facturation clients :

  • Établissement et envoi des factures sur les plateformes clients
  • Suivi des relances en lien avec le service Programmes

Autres responsabilités :

  • Établissement de la DEB
  • Reporting TVA à destination d’un client exonéré
  • Refacturation intragroupe (ressources partagées, prestataires pôles industriels, frais de déplacements…)
  • Suivi des dossiers d’immobilisations en cours
  • Refacturation des pièces non-conformes aux fournisseurs
  • Si possible, progressivement : reprise de la valorisation des stocks au contrôle de gestion et traitement des factures non parvenues / charges constatées d’avance

Requirements

PROFIL SOUHAITE 💎

Formation :

  • Issu(e) d’une formation en comptabilité et gestion à partir de Bac + 3, vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire.
  • Rigoureux, polyvalent et organisé, vous avez le sens du travail en équipe pour vous adapter avec une grande facilité à différents environnements.
  • La maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels comptables) permettra de prendre en main ce poste. La connaissance du logiciel Sage serait un plus.

Savoir-faire:

  • Culture comptable et compréhension des stocks d’une entreprise industrielle
  • Niveau Excel avancé
  • Français écrit et parlé, Anglais écrit (contact clients et fournisseurs par mail)
  • Sage X3, beaucoup de spécifiques Aviacomp donc sur ce point on formera
