Nous recherchons un Concepteur (H/F) pour rejoindre notre bureau d'études à Mérignac. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible. En tant que Concepteur Niveau I, vous interviendrez dans le cadre de projets de développement, de préconcept (R&T) ou de série, et contribuerez à la conception et à la réparation de produits dans un domaine spécifique (ESI, MSI, Structure, Système...). Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation des dossiers de définition en accord avec les besoins et exigences techniques définis.

Missions :

Activités principales :

  • Appliquer les directives fournies par le responsable ;
  • Créer ou modifier des modèles de pièces élémentaires ou d’assemblages ;
  • Élaborer des plans de définition de pièces élémentaires ou d’assemblages, des schémas, des harnais électriques ;
  • Produire des nomenclatures associées, des fiches de contrôle et des documents techniques pour justifier les choix ;
  • Analyser et classifier les non-conformités ;
  • Traiter les dérogations et définir les actions correctives nécessaires en accord avec les acteurs concernés ;
  • Formaliser des solutions techniques via des dossiers de définition (3D, liasse, spécifications, architecture…) ;
  • Constituer les dossiers techniques nécessaires à la fabrication (plans, nomenclatures, instructions).

Suivi des activités :

  • Assurer le rapport de ses activités : avancement, risques, difficultés, etc. ;
  • Participer aux réunions d'avancement des projets, internes et/ou externes ;
  • Contribuer à la démarche de capitalisation et proposer des améliorations continues pour les projets ;
  • Réaliser ses activités en conformité avec les dispositions du système de management de la qualité et de l’environnement
  • Appliquer les règles de sécurité et de cybersécurité en vigueur dans le Groupe.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en conception mécanique, génie industriel, ou domaine connexe ;
  • Expérience en bureau d’études et/ou dans un environnement de production ;
  • Compétences en modélisation 3D et création de dossiers techniques ;
  • Capacité à analyser des non-conformités et à proposer des solutions techniques ;
  • Sens du détail et rigueur dans l’application des directives et normes de sécurité.
