Nous recrutons actuellement des Conducteurs de Production (H/F) en CDD !

Requirements

Au sein du service Production, vous assurez la fabrication de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, qualité, productivité et délais. Vous participez à l'organisation de l'activité et accompagnez les équipes dans la maîtrise des procédés de production.

Production & pilotage d'activité

  • Piloter les équipements de production et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
  • Réaliser les changements de format, réglages et opérations de maintenance de premier niveau.
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à la production et organiser les approvisionnements.
  • Identifier les anomalies de production et mettre en œuvre les actions adaptées.
  • Garantir la traçabilité des opérations et le respect des standards de production.

Qualité & amélioration continue

  • Renseigner et vérifier la documentation de production en temps réel.
  • Appliquer les procédures, les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et les règles HSE.
  • Participer à l'analyse des écarts et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
  • Contribuer à la qualification des équipements et à la mise à jour de la documentation.

Animation & accompagnement des équipes

  • Coordonner les activités avec les différents services intervenant en production.
  • Assurer le transfert de savoir-faire et le tutorat des opérateurs, intérimaires et nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance et aux actions d'amélioration continue.

Sécurité

  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles HSE et le port des EPI.
  • Signaler les situations à risque et participer aux actions correctives et préventives.
  • Contribuer aux enquêtes et analyses suite aux incidents ou accidents de travail.

PROFIL

  • Formation de niveau Bac à Bac+2 dans les domaines de la production industrielle ou des procédés.
  • Première expérience souhaitée en environnement industriel, idéalement pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou agroalimentaire.
  • Connaissance des BPF appréciée.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
