L’azienda è partner di prestigiosi marchi italiani e internazionali e gestisce internamente l’intera catena del valore: dallo sviluppo delle formulazioni e del packaging fino alla produzione e alla distribuzione su scala internazionale.

Il ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita nel reparto Produzione e si occuperà dell’avviamento e della conduzione di linee automatiche dedicate alla produzione e al confezionamento, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure aziendali.

Principali responsabilità

  • Condurre la linea in autonomia, gestendo le diverse fasi del ciclo produttivo;
  • eseguire i controlli in linea, dal carico delle materie prime fino al confezionamento;
  • impostare e regolare i parametri di lavorazione;
  • effettuare lo smontaggio e il rimontaggio delle parti meccaniche durante i cambi formato;
  • monitorare il corretto funzionamento della linea e intervenire con le opportune regolazioni;
  • eseguire le attività di pulizia dell’impianto e i lavaggi di processo, nel rispetto delle norme igieniche e di sicurezza;
  • compilare la documentazione di produzione prevista.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza nella conduzione di linee automatiche, preferibilmente maturata nei settori cosmetico, alimentare, farmaceutico o chimico;
  • buona manualità e capacità di effettuare regolazioni e cambi formato;
  • dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di strumenti tecnologici e informatici;
  • disponibilità a lavorare su tre turni dal lunedì al venerdì;
  • precisione, affidabilità e attenzione alla qualità.

Si offre

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inserimento diretto presso l’azienda cliente;
  • CCNL Chimico-Industria;
  • RAL indicativa compresa tra 25.000 e 35.000 euro, commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze;
  • inserimento in una realtà strutturata e operante in un contesto internazionale.
